Is there a requirement of minimum order quantity?
No, small quantity is acceptable.
Can I get sample for free?
Yes, we can provide 1pc sample in our existing design within 20x30cm to you free of charge, with freight collect.
For the sample in your own design, the sample cost will depend on the size.
How can I get a quote?
As our products are all customized, and the prices vary depending on the size and quantity. It would be better if you can let me know the item, size and quantity you need? Then we can calculate the cost and provide you with a comprehensive quotation sheet.
Can the mats be the same as design?
Due to process of printing onto a fiber surface, the colors and design can only be matched as close as possible. Fibers absorb the dyes differently, we are not printing on a paper. But most of our customers are satisfied with the mat they received.
Is it need to pay Art Fee for making custom design?
No, Art Fee is free.
1) You could provide your own design in JPG, AI or PDF files. Please note that letters have to be at least 4 cm to be readable on the mat. Avoid combinations of very similar colors with little contrast.
2) You may provide your logo or design image,our designer could make the art work according to your requirements, we will send the finished art work for your approval before production.
